ART GROWS IN BROOKLYN:ANOTHER REASON WHY NYC IS GREAT!
This beautiful portrait of Dash Snow is beyond cool…Not sure who made it but thanks! The point of this post is not whether you dig the art on the streets of BK but more that people are taken there creative energies and putting it out there for us all to see and experience sans asking for a buck. This is another great thing about NYC and Brooklyn in particular. There are so many struggling,creative,young artistic minds in Willyburger/Bushwick and NYC in general that for me at least it give me hope and it keeps inspiring me and raises my consciousness just a bit ya know? The futures going to be whatever the kiddies make it and if it’s gonna look like this god bless!
Art in the streets like it or not it makes you appreciate NYC and the selfless artists that use the streets as a there canvas’. It’s an extension of traditional graffiti and in my eyes it makes my New York just that much better of a place to stroll down the street.
