HARDCORE 2008:BLOODCLOT,SICK OF IT ALL AND RANCID

Went to see a some old friends the other night John Joeseph the singer for the legendary CroMags in his latest band Bloodclot, one of my favorites Sick of it All and Rancid who I had never saw before. I was glad I ended up sticking around for em they were pretty good and the kids loved them. Rancid had great energy I slept on the dudes. I enjoyed them and the gig thoroughly. I went with my friend Boogie the guy who takes pictures who also happens to love Old School hardcore . He  recently shot John” Bloodclot” Joseph for a project were working on. More on that as it develops.

John Joseph hardcore legend and author of “Evolution of a Cro-Magnon” one of the craziest books I ever read and myself. John is one of the fathers of NYCHARDCORE and my friend for over 20 years. He’s one of the people who turned me on to hardcore music in junior high school.  Go read his book

Unfourtantly the lighting and securty made it hard for me to get any good shots of Bloodclot performing. They tore shit up regardless and performed a Cromags and a Bad Brains tune.
