BLACK KEYS LIVE IN BROOKLYN
Straight out of Akron Ohio Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney are one hell of a power duo.Dan is a guitar hero and a amazing singer and Patrick the drummer plays with reckless abandon hardly heard any more. For confirmation check these vids.
THE BREAKS:
I see these dudes everytime they play in NYC. This is blues based rock at it’s finest something we don’t see too much of these days. Much respect to the White Stripes and Jon Spencer Blues Explosion 2 bands that are in the same vein as The Black Keys. No disrespect to those bands but they have nothing on Dan and Pat aka the Black Keys. This to me is what I wish rock and roll should be about raw,gritty and funky. These guys trim the fat, they keep it stripped down and minimal and for that were lucky. True Rock n Roll right here if you never peeped them live go next time the play they never come up short.
